blueberry orange & pawpaw smoothie
This blueberry smoothie = Yum yum yum. Just yum!
Such a delicious creamy, smooth drink you’ll almost feel like you’re having pudding in a glass for breakfast…
Being that it’s packed with vitamin C, antioxidants (great for your skin ladies), potassium, and absolutely nothing remotely “bad” for you – this is one breakfast pudding you can guzzle guilt free. Every day of the week if you want to!
It’s got to be one of the quickest breakfasts I’ve ever prepared, just throw everything into a bowl or processor, squeeze the orange juice in and blend. In just minutes you have a powerhouse smoothie that will keep you going until lunch….
…Or at least until that mid morning snack, wink wink (for those of us who like to snack…I can’t be the only one?). IF you’re a snacker like me, but you like to keep it healthy most of the time – you’ll really like my orange & strawberry breakfast muffins (sugar free). Or for something a little bit naughtier try my gran’s original golden tea time crunchies.
As with all recipes of this nature, if you can’t get blueberries you can swap them for strawberries or gooseberries, raspberries or even mulberries. Don’t be shy to try out your own combinations – you never know when you’ll stumble across something amazing – and then you MUST share it with me, I want to see!

- 1 Orange
- 1 Small pawpaw
- 2 Bananas
